Credits are the unified currency on Reelax. You use them to unlock influencer contact details, run AI searches, or add influencers to campaigns. Each action has a specific credit cost.
No, unused credits will not roll over.
For marketplace campaigns, we charge a small success fee on the total transaction value. The Growth plan reduces this fee to just 3%.
Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time. When upgrading, your new credit limit is applied immediately.
Marketplace campaigns let you publicly post briefs for influencers to apply. In-house campaigns allow you to privately invite and manage influencers you already have a relationship with.
